The Recruiter will source, identify and contact potential candidates to fill open job roles handled by the agency, also research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to increase their income with an amazing team in a friendly working environment while working from home.
Qualifications
- 1 Year of experience in a sales role selling products or services
- Experience and comfort with making cold calls, sending emails and scheduling interviews.
- Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to take and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Have leadership ambitions
This position is 100% commission, the recruiter consultant will be paid based on the amount of placements per month.
