Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries by phone, email or chat
* Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish proficiently
* Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools
* Maintaining a professional manner at all times, meeting company and regulatory standards
* Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handling customer issues and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
* Promoting our products as company ambassadors
* Effectively managing multiple tasks or projects and are keen to help teammates do the same
* Staying educated on corporate process and initiatives as well as market changes
* Go the extra mile to help their team and the company succeed

Requirements:
* Must have a home-office environment that is quiet and distraction-free
* Must have reliable internet connection (minimum download speed of 25mpbs)
* Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years contact center experience
* Must be bilingual – fluency in both English & Spanish
* Must reside in Texas
* Strong listening and problem-solving skills
* Impeccable attendance record
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
* Retail energy industry a plus

Call Center Operating Hours (Central Time Zone):
* Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 7:30pm
* Saturday, 9:00am – 6:30pm
* Various shift assignments
* Eligible for overtime
* Training on-site as needed
