Required Skills & Abilities:
-Previous customer service experience is required
-Previous hotel operator or telemarketer experience is highly preferred
-Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays
-Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
-Comfortable working with computers and using radios
-Strong ability to multi-task
Job Description:
-Accept and direct all internal and external calls
-Respond to guest inquiries regarding their reservation
-Conduct follow up with guests after their request has been processed to ensure they are satisfied
-Assist with resolve guest complaints and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
-Process guest packages and notify guests of package delivery
-Use computer system to log calls regarding guest engineering and housekeeping requests
