This is a HYBRID Position with an incredible training and world-class environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the main point of contact between the borrower, the client, and the insurance company. The goal is to use the utmost care when handling phone calls to ensure first call resolution while providing a world class customer service.

Training & Schedule
Required to attend up to 4 weeks of onsite training in Troy, Michigan. After, you will work remotely till being brought onto a hybrid schedule in 2023.
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite/wk. 3 days remote/wk.

Great Skills to have:
Prior call center is highly preferred, but not required. Candidates with great retail and food service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Good attention to detail
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications.
Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems
Bilingual is a Plus
