Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in a friendly and professional manner. Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our handmade products to provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and product-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle return requests and process refunds as per company policies. Work towards finding solutions that leave customers satisfied.
  • Collect and document customer feedback and insights. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our products and services.
  • Provide basic technical support to customers encountering website issues. Troubleshoot and escalate technical problems as needed.
  • Educate customers on product features, promotions, and any relevant information to enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and responsiveness.
  • Proficiency in using a computer.
