- Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in a friendly and professional manner. Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Develop a deep understanding of our handmade products to provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and product-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle return requests and process refunds as per company policies. Work towards finding solutions that leave customers satisfied.
- Collect and document customer feedback and insights. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our products and services.
- Provide basic technical support to customers encountering website issues. Troubleshoot and escalate technical problems as needed.
- Educate customers on product features, promotions, and any relevant information to enhance their shopping experience.
- Previous experience in customer support is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
