We are seeking a BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative to join our partner, a leading provider of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance solutions to the workers compensation and general liability industries. Temp to Hire $17/hr FULLY REMOTE Shift is 10:00 – 7:00 p. m. EST Bilingual (English/ Spanish) Customer Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring that fiduciary accounts administered by company are in compliance with the standards set forth by the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Statute and applicable regulations.
They are responsible for communicating with account holders, doctors, pharmacies and ancillary supply vendors, attorneys, and insurance companies in a fashion that demonstrates competence in MSP rules. They answer inquiries from and initiate contact with these parties with high frequency, and perform a variety of tasks, which require strong customer service, medical claims, and clerical skills.
